| 汉桂是丹桂的一种,结合冬季修剪开展长枝扦插是近年来推广的新技术。为了提高成活率,开展了插条留叶量和成活率的相关研究。试验表明:插条相对含水量和修剪后搁置时长、插条留叶量有着密切的关系,搁置时间越长,留叶量越大,含水量就越低。在确保80%以上成活率的前提下,无论采用哪种留叶量处理,插条的相对含水量低于72.1%就没有扦插的经济价值。在搁置时长不超过1 d的情况下,冬季长枝扦插建议留叶量为4~6片,可实现89.45%~72.36%的成活率。 |

| Long-branch cuttings combined with winter pruning represent a new propagation technique promoted in recent years. To improve the survival rate of cuttings, this study investigated the relationship between the number of retained leaves and the survival rate. The results showed that the relative water content of cuttings was closely related to both the time after pruning and the number of leaves retained. To achieve a survival rate above 80%, regardless of the leaf retention treatment, the relative water content of cuttings must not fall below 72.1%, as this threshold determines their economic viability. When used within one day after pruning, retaining 4~6 leaves per cutting in winter resulted in survival rates ranging from 72.36% to 89.45%. |
