采用平板对峙试验研究哈茨木霉菌叶部型G-41和棘孢木霉菌对辣椒炭疽病的抑菌效果,结果表明:哈茨木霉菌叶部型G-41与辣椒炭疽病菌对峙培养到第9天,抑菌率达到最高,为28.4%,棘孢木霉菌与辣椒炭疽病菌对峙培养到第8天,抑菌率达到最高,为76.9%,两种木霉菌对辣椒炭疽病菌都有抑制作用,棘孢木霉菌抑菌效果更显著。 |

The inhibitory effects of Trichoderma strain G-41 and other fungi on anthracnose in chili pepper were investigated using dual culture tests on PDA. The results showed that the inhibition rate of Trichoderma harzianum (strain G-41, isolated from leaves) against C. nigrum in dual culture tests peaked on day 9, reaching 28.4%. The inhibition rate of Trichoderma asperellum against C. nigrum in dual culture tests peaked on day 8, at 76.9%. Both Trichoderma strains exhibited inhibitory effects on C. nigrum, with Trichoderma asperellum showing significantly stronger suppression. |
