      大蒜白腐病是大蒜主产区产业化发展的主要制约因素之一。采用生物制剂防治大蒜白腐病药效试验表明,用生物源农用中医药制剂园盾牌碘克菌和生物活力素灌根、再用生物源农用中医药制剂溃腐康和SOD酶叶面喷雾套餐处理(Tr),对大蒜白腐病具有良好的控制作用,相对于浇灌清水对照(CK1)和空白对照(CK2)防效分别为67.45%、65.82%;该套餐处理(Tr)对促进大蒜健壮生长发育效果明显,蒜苔和鲜蒜头每667 m2总产量比浇灌清水对照(CK1)和空白对照(CK2)分别增产9.85%(271.5 kg)和19.3%(533.0 kg),且浇灌清水对照(CK1)又比空白对照(CK2)增产10.5%(216.5 kg)。
英文摘要:
      Garlic white rot is one of the major constraints on the industrial development of garlic-producing areas. This study evaluated the efficacy of biological agents against Sclerotium cepivorum through field trials. The combination treatment (Tr), which included root irrigation with the biological Chinese herbal preparation Yuandun (Iodophor Bacillus formulation) and Biovitality, followed by foliar spraying with Kuifukang and SOD enzyme, demonstrated significant control over garlic white rot. The control efficiencies were 67.45% and 65.82% compared with water-irrigated control (CK1) and untreated blank control (CK2), respectively. This treatment significantly promoted healthy garlic growth and development. The total yield of garlic scapes and fresh bulbs per 667 m2 increased by 9.85% (271.5 kg) compared to CK1, and by 19.3% (533.0 kg) compared to CK2. CK1 also yielded 10.5% (216.5 kg) more than CK2.
