      草莓传统种苗繁育多利用匍匐茎进行无性繁殖,该方法导致病原物在幼苗中不断积累,种苗质量不断下降,在果实生产中难以保证品质和产量,严重制约草莓产业发展,本研究以‘红颜’草莓组培苗和非组培苗为试材,采用日光温室内高垄双行栽培方法,研究组培苗和非组培苗的缓苗率、成活率、植物学性状、开花结果性状和病害抗性性状,以期为草莓组培苗在生产中的应用提供技术指导。结果表明:‘红颜’草莓组培苗持续生长时间比非组培苗长21 d,在定植中后期株高显著高于非组培苗,最终比非组培苗高9.7 cm;组培苗冠径在定植后50 d内与非组培苗差异显著;组培苗与非组培苗的叶片数量总体差异不显著;组培苗比非组培苗早14 d出现匍匐茎,抽生数量在定植78 d内显著多于非组培苗;在开花结果性状方面组培苗与非组培苗总体差异不明显;在病害抗性性状方面,组培苗要强于非组培苗。

      Traditional strawberry seedling propagation mainly uses stolons for clonal reproduction. This method leads to the accumulation of pathogens in the seedlings and a gradual decline in seedling quality, making it difficult to ensure fruit quality and yield in production, thereby seriously restricting the development of the strawberry industry. In this study, tissue culture seedlings and non-tissue culture seedlings of the ‘Hongyan’ strawberry cultivar were used as test materials. A high-bed, double-row cultivation method in a solar greenhouse was used to compare the transplanting recovery rate, survival rate, botanical traits, flowering and fruiting characteristics, and disease resistance of both types of seedlings. The results showed that tissue culture seedlings had a continuous growth period 21 days longer than that of non-tissue culture seedlings, and plant height was significantly greater during the mid-to-late stages of cultivation, with a final height 9.7 cm taller than that of non-tissue culture seedlings. The crown diameter of tissue culture seedlings differed significantly from that of non-tissue culture seedlings within 50 days of transplanting. The number of leaves did not show significant differences between the two seedling types. Stolons emerged 14 days earlier in tissue culture seedlings and were significantly more numerous than those of non-tissue culture seedlings within 78 days of transplanting. No significant differences were observed in flowering and fruiting traits between the two types. In terms of disease resistance, tissue culture seedlings were stronger than non-tissue culture seedlings.
