      为筛选出适用于玉簪开放式组培的抑菌剂,以遴选收集到的12种抑菌剂和玉簪组培苗为试材,采用自然落菌试验方法评价不同抑菌剂的抑菌效果,通过玉簪开放式组培试验研究了不同抑菌剂对玉簪组培苗增殖、生根的影响。结果表明,烯酰·锰锌、异噻唑啉酮、1,2 苯丙异噻唑啉 3 酮和腐霉·福美双具有较好的抑菌性。0.05~0.5 g/L腐霉·福美双、0.1~0.5 g/L 1,2 苯丙异噻唑啉 3 酮和0.5 g/L烯酰·锰锌对玉簪的增殖和生根有抑制作用。0.1~0.5 ml/L异噻唑啉酮和0.25 g/L烯酰·锰锌不仅具有较好的抑菌效果,且对玉簪组培苗增殖和生根影响较小,适合作为玉簪开放式组培抑菌剂使用。

      In order to screen antibacterial agents suitable for open type tissue culture of Hosta, 12 collected bacteriostatic agents and Hosta tissue culture seedlings were used as test materials. The antibacterial effects of different agents were evaluated by the natural airborne contamination method, and their effects on the proliferation and rooting of Hosta tissue culture seedlings were assessed through open type tissue culture experiments. The results showed that Enyl·Mangano Zinc, Isothiazolinone, 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, and Procymidone·Thiram exhibited good antibacterial activity against most bacteria and fungi. However, 0.05~0.5 g/L Procymidone·Thiram, 0.05~0.5 g/L 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, and 0.5 g/L Enyl·Mangano-Zinc inhibited the proliferation and rooting of Hosta. In contrast, 0.1~0.5 mL/L Isothiazolinone and 0.25 g/L Enyl·Mangano-Zinc exhibited good antibacterial effects with minimal impact on the proliferation and rooting of Hosta tissue culture seedlings, making them suitable candidates for use in open tissue culture of Hosta.
