      为了研究不同种质对天麻零代种产量的影响,以6个不同的天麻种质自交和杂交得到10个不同的蒴果为材料,开展比较试验。结果表明,10个不同品种零代种产量差异明显,S9乌红杂交(湖北乌麻×秦岭红麻)>S10乌红杂交(湖北乌麻×秦岭野生红麻)>S4红乌杂交(秦岭红麻×湖北乌麻)=S8红麻(秦岭红麻)>S3绿麻>S5红麻(秦岭野生红麻)>S2红麻(勉县野生驯化红麻)>S6红乌杂交(秦岭野生红麻×湖北乌麻)>S1红麻(勉县红麻)>S7乌麻自交。对于2组正反交及其亲本而言,天麻零代种产量呈现了相同的规律,乌红杂交>红乌杂交>红麻自交>乌麻自交。10个不同品种零代种Ⅰ级产量、Ⅱ级产量差异明显,对于Ⅰ级产量和Ⅱ级产量之和整体表现出杂交种>乌麻>红麻。其中乌红杂交(湖北乌麻×秦岭红麻)的零代种产量最高,达5.80 kg/ m2,其Ⅰ级产量、Ⅱ级产量占比也最大,达25.0%和22.9%,显著高于其它品种。

      To investigate the effects of different germplasm on the yield of the zero generation seedlings of Gastrodia elata, ten different capsules derived from selfing and hybridization among six germplasm lines were used in a comparative experiment. The results showed significant differences in yield among the ten zero generation seedling varieties. The ranking of yield is as follows: S9 Wu Hong hybrid > S10 Wu Hong hybrid > S4 Hong Wu hybrid = S8 Hong Gastrodia > S3 Lv Gastrodia > S5 Hong Gastrodia > S2 Hong Gastrodia > S6 Hong Wu hybrid > S1 Hong Gastrodia > S7 Wu Gastrodia selfing. In the second group of reciprocal crosses and their parent lines, the yield followed a consistent pattern: Wu Hong hybrid > Hong Wu hybrid > Hong Gastrodia (selfed) > Wu Gastrodia (selfed).The ten varieties showed significant differences in the yields of Grade I and Grade II seedlings. The combined yield of Grade I and Grade II followed the trend: hybrids > Wu Gastrodia > Hong Gastrodia.The zero generation seed yield of the Wu Hong hybrid (G. elata) was the highest at 5.80 kg/m2. It also had the highest proportions of Grade I and Grade II yields, at 25.0% and 22.9% respectively, which were significantly higher than those of other varieties.
