      为了比较镇巴县不同基地大黄及烟熏片的质量,为镇巴大黄基地建设和产地加工提供参考。本研究以镇巴县15个种植基地3年生药用大黄根茎及11个基地的烟熏片为对象,结合《中国药典》2020年版规定的水分、水溶性浸出物、总灰分等检查项进行综合分析。研究发现镇巴各种植基地药用大黄根茎均符合《中国药典》2020年版标准,各基地大黄质量有差异。三元镇(SY)大黄的没食子酸、大黄素-8-O-葡萄糖苷比其他基地较高,芦荟大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素和大黄素甲醚的含量显著高于其他基地(P<0.05)。三元镇(Sd-SY)烟熏大黄的没食子酸、(+)-儿茶素、大黄素-8-O-葡萄糖苷含量显著高于其他镇(P<0.05),其鞣质、结合蒽醌及游离蒽醌类成分含量最高。主成分综合分析显示,三元镇大黄质量整体得分最高。明确了镇巴大黄药材质量符合国家标准,高海拔三元镇所产大黄经烘干和烟熏后药材质量均较高。

      To compare the quality of rhubarb and smoked slices from different production bases in Zhenba County and provide a reference for the construction of Zhenba rhubarb production bases and origin processing, this study used the rhizomes of 3-year-old medicinal rhubarb from 15 planting bases in Zhenba County and smoked slices from 11 bases as the materials. Comprehensive analysis was conducted in combination with the inspection items specified in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, including moisture, water-soluble extract, and total ash. The results showed that the rhizomes of medicinal rhubarb from all planting bases in Zhenba met the standards of the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and rhubarb quality differed among bases. The contents of gallic acid and emodin-8-O-glucoside in rhubarb from Sanyuan Town (SY) were higher than those from other bases, and the contents of aloe-emodin, chrysophanol, emodin, and physcion were significantly higher than those from other bases (P<0.05). The contents of gallic acid, (+)-catechin, and emodin-8-O-glucoside in smoked rhubarb slices from Sanyuan Town (Sd-SY) were significantly higher than those from other towns (P<0.05), and the contents of tannins, bound anthraquinones, and free anthraquinones were the highest. Principal component comprehensive analysis showed that rhubarb from Sanyuan Town had the highest overall quality score. This study clarifies that the quality of Zhenba rhubarb medicinal materials meets national standards, and rhubarb produced in high-altitude Sanyuan Town has relatively high medicinal material quality after drying and smoking.
