| 利用分离筛选的2019MYKLR047菌株,研究了其生物学特性,初步筛选出其最适温度、pH、碳源、氮源、无机盐和碳氮比(C/N),结果表明:该菌株菌丝生长的最适温度为25 ℃ ,最适pH值为7~9,最佳碳源为甘露醇,最佳氮源为酵母膏和牛肉膏,最佳无机盐为MgSO4,最适碳氮比(C/N)为90∶1。通过生物学特性的研究,明确了玫红脉柄牛肝菌菌丝生长的营养需求和条件,为玫红脉柄牛肝菌的驯化栽培奠定了基础。 |

| A Phlebopus roseus strain named 2019MYKLR047, obtained through tissue isolation, was studied for its biological characteristics; the optimal temperature, pH, carbon source, nitrogen source, inorganic salts, and substrate carbon-to-nitrogen ratio (C/N) were preliminarily determined. The results showed that the optimal temperature for mycelial growth was 25 ℃; the optimal pH range was 7~9; the best carbon source was mannitol; the most suitable nitrogen sources were yeast extract and beef extract; the optimal inorganic salt was MgSO4; and the optimal substrate C/N was 90∶1. This study clarifies the nutritional requirements and growth conditions of P. roseus mycelia, providing a basis for its domestication and cultivation. |
