富硒酵素对辣椒叶片光合特性及产量的影响

      以“圣丰109”辣椒为供试材料,共设置6个处理,研究富硒酵素对辣椒光合特性、农艺性状以及产量的影响,为富硒酵素应用在辣椒种植中提供参考。结果表明,不同富硒酵素处理辣椒叶片的蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度、净光合速率和叶绿素相对含量均呈现出先上升再降低的趋势,均为CK处理最低;辣椒的株高、茎粗、各部位干重及果实形态指标皆表现出逐渐上升的趋势,均为底肥添加稀释浓度200倍富硒酵素且追施稀释浓度200倍富硒酵素(T4处理)达到峰值;辣椒产量以T4处理最高,为CK的1.20倍,说明施用富硒酵素可以显著地增强辣椒叶片的光合能力、促进生长发育状况以及产量提升。因此,在辣椒生产过程中,推荐使用底肥添加浓度200倍的富硒酵素且追施浓度200倍的富硒酵素。

      A total of six treatments were set up to study the effects of selenium-rich enzyme on photosynthetic characteristics, agronomic traits, and yield of ‘Shengfeng 109’ pepper, providing a reference for the application of selenium-rich enzyme in pepper cultivation.The results showed that the transpiration rate, intercellular CO2 concentration, stomatal conductance, net photosynthetic rate, and relative chlorophyll content of pepper leaves under different selenium-rich enzyme treatments first increased and then decreased, and were lowest in the CK treatment. The plant height, stem thickness, dry weight of each plant part, and fruit morphology all showed a gradual upward trend, reaching a peak under the T4 treatment, in which 200-fold diluted selenium-rich enzyme was applied as basal fertilizer and 200-fold diluted selenium-rich enzyme was applied as topdressing.The yield of pepper was highest in the T4 treatment, which was 1.20 times that of the CK treatment, indicating that application of selenium-rich enzyme significantly enhanced photosynthetic ability and increased growth, development, and yield of pepper.Therefore, in pepper production, it is recommended to apply 200-fold diluted selenium-rich enzyme as both basal fertilizer and topdressing.
