| 为豫中烟区土壤改良提供理论依据,明确凹凸棒土用量对烟田土壤微生物功能多样性和烤烟生长的影响,通过对大田环境下施用不同量凹凸棒土(0、600、1 200、1 800 kg/hm2),研究土壤微生物和烤烟生长的变化。结果表明,施用凹凸棒土增强了土壤微生物对碳源的利用程度,提高了对碳水化合物、氨基酸、多聚物、酚酸和胺类碳源的利用,显著增加了Shannon多样性指数、Simpson多样性指数和McIntosh多样性指数,降低了Shannon均一性指数;同时添加凹凸棒土提高了烤烟叶片的干物质积累量,对烤后烟叶经济效益有明显的提升作用,与对照相比,667 m产值增加范围在2.46% ~ 15.70%之间。研究表明,添加凹凸棒土增加了植烟土壤微生物碳源利用能力和功能多样性,并对烤烟具有较好的促生作用,研究区施用1 200 kg/hm2较为适宜。 |

| To identify the effect of attapulgite on soil microbial functional diversity and tobacco growth and to provide evidence for soil improvement with attapulgite input, soil microbial activities and related processes in the 0~20 cm soil layer were determined in a tobacco field after attapulgite addition at rates of 0, 600, 1 200, and 1 800 kg/hm2. The results showed that attapulgite increased average well color development (AWCD) values in Biolog EcoPlates. Attapulgite addition significantly increased the Shannon-Wiener index (H), Simpson’s dominance (D), and McIntosh diversity index (U), and decreased the evenness index (E). Attapulgite addition also increased dry matter accumulation (DMA) of flue-cured tobacco leaves. The average price, value of output, and production of flue-cured tobacco increased when attapulgite was applied, with increases ranging from 2.46% to 15.70% compared to the control. Our results indicate that the addition of 1 200 kg/hm2 attapulgite has the potential to improve soil quality and flue-cured tobacco growth. |
