| 根据前期制备的16种新型的亚铵类3-芳基哒嗪并\[4,5-b\]吲哚,采用菌丝线性生长速率法,考察了所有化合物在150 μM下对13种常见作物真菌的抑制效果。抗菌结果显示,c和e分别对深色作物真菌玉米弯孢和番茄早疫的抑制效果最显著,抑菌率为71.6%和66.1%,高于阳性对照噻菌灵(33.3%和26.7%)。这两个新型的亚铵类3-芳基哒嗪并\[4,5-b\]吲哚在抑制上述两种深色作物真菌表现出较显著的优势,反映其能够在番茄和玉米作物真菌病害防治方面表现出一定应用价值。但仍有必要进一步结构改进和结构优化,增强抗菌活性,使其在番茄、玉米及其他作物真菌病害防治过程中发挥更好的效果。 |

| Based on 16 novel iminium-type 3-aryl pyridazino\[4,5-b\]indoles prepared in previous research, we investigated their inhibitory effects using the mycelium linear growth rate method at 150 μM. Antifungal results showed that compounds c and e exhibited significant inhibition against dark-colored fungi, such as Curvularia lunata and Alternaria solani, with inhibition rates of 71.6% and 66.1%, respectively, which were superior to those of the positive control thiabendazole (TBZ: 33.3% and 26.7%, respectively).Novel 3-aryl pyridazino\[4,5-b\]indoles presented relatively remarkable strength on inhibiting two crop fungi in dark color described above, indicating potential application value for controlling fungal diseases in maize and tomato. However, further structural optimization of these compounds is necessary to enhance their antifungal activities and achieve better control of tomato, maize, and other crops against fungal diseases. |
