白符跳虫起点发育温度及有效积温的研究

      白符跳虫(Folsomia candida)是检测土壤污染物的模式生物,在土壤养分循环和能量流动中起重要作用。白符跳虫取食蜜环菌菌丝及啃食天麻块茎,导致病菌感染,对天麻生长造成严重危害。本研究通过桶装蜜环菌饲养试验,发现汉台区白符跳虫年发生6代,在95%置信水平下起点发育温度(C)为14.188±0.62℃,有效积温(K)为225.01±13.04 ℃·d。白符跳虫喜高温高湿环境,并随季节在土壤中垂直迁移。建议在冬季的施药防治过程中,采用定向深施技术(药剂投送深度22 cm),靶向杀灭越冬种群,夏季结合微喷灌采用全层立体施药,同时结合农业与物理防治措施,合理减少用药频次,维护生态系统的平衡与稳定。
英文摘要:
      Folsomia candida, a model organism for detecting soil pollutants, plays an important role in soil nutrient cycling and energy flow. Folsomia candida feeds on the hyphae of Armillaria mellea and gnaws on the tubers of Gastrodia elata, causing pathogen infection and serious damage to the growth of G. elata. In this study, a bucket-based feeding experiment with A. mellea was conducted, and the results showed that F. candida occurred for six generations annually in Hantai District. At the 95% confidence level, its developmental threshold temperature (C) was 14.188 ± 0.62 ℃,and its effective accumulated temperature (K) was 225.01 ±13.04 ℃·d. Folsomia candida prefers high-temperature and high-humidity environments and vertically migrates in the soil with seasonal changes. It is recommended that, during pesticide control in winter, directional deep application technology, with a pesticide delivery depth of 22 cm, should be adopted to target and kill overwintering populations. In summer, full-layer three-dimensional pesticide application combined with micro-sprinkler irrigation should be used, together with agricultural and physical control measures, to reasonably reduce the frequency of pesticide application and maintain ecosystem balance and stability.
