| 为了解我国甘薯采后贮藏保鲜研究的现状与趋势情况,研究采用文献计量学的方法对1994-2023年的相关研究文献进行统计和可视化分析。结果表明,相关研究论文数量323篇,总体呈现出逐年波动增长的趋势。《现代农村科技》、《河北农业》、《现代农业科技》、《科学种养》等是刊载相关论文的主要期刊。陆国权、庞林江、史新敏、李鹏霞等作者发文量较高。浙江农林大学、江苏徐淮地区徐州农业科学研究所、北京农学院、北京市农业技术推广站是主要的发文机构。围绕“贮藏技术”、“生理变化”、“冷害”、“抗氧化酶”、“病害”等关键词的内容是当前的研究趋势。绿色安全的保鲜技术或病害防治,不同条件(如温度)下甘薯生理及营养品质变化、贮藏窖、气调贮藏库等设施及智能系统的研究等方面是研究热点的主要内容。本研究为我国甘薯采后贮藏保鲜的研究和发展提供一定的参考价值。 |

| To understand the current status and development trends in postharvest storage and preservation research on sweet potato in China, this study conducted a bibliometric analysis of literature published between 1994 and 2023. A total of 323 articles were retrieved, showing an overall trend of fluctuating annual growth. The primary journals publishing these studies included Xiandai Nongcun Keji, Hebei Agriculture, Modern Agricultural Science and Technology, and Kexue Zhongyang. Authors in this field included LU Guoquan, PANG Linjiang, SHI Xinmin, and LI Pengxia. The main contributing institutions were Zhejiang A&F University, the Xuzhou Institute of Agricultural Sciences in the Xuhuai Region of Jiangsu, Beijing University of Agriculture, and the Beijing Agricultural Technology Extension Station.Current research hotspots centered on keywords such as “storage technology”,“physiological changes”, “cold damage”,“antioxidant enzymes”, and “diseases”.Major research themes included the development of green and safe preservation technologies or disease control methods; investigation of physiological and nutritional changes in sweet potatoes under varying storage conditions (e.g., temperature); and research on storage infrastructure, such as underground cellars, controlled atmosphere storage facilities, and intelligent storage systems. This study provides a reference for research and development on postharvest storage and fresh keeping of sweet potato in China. |
