      本研究通过2023年河南省谷子联合体试验产量与农艺性状的相关性分析及参试品种与试验点环境间的互作关系,科学评价了参试品种与试点,为品种审定及试点遴选提供理论依据。结果表明:谷子产量与单穗重、穗粒重呈显著的正相关,对参试品种进行聚类分析,当欧式距离为9.5时,可分成四类,第一类群包括10个品种,这类品种植株高大、穗长、出谷率和千粒重高,第二类群包含4个品种,这类品种出米率高,第三类群包含8个品种,这类品种产量高、单穗码粒数多、单穗重和穗粒重大,第四类群仅有1个品种,穗短穗粗、抗旱性好、抗谷瘟病。用GGE双标图对参试品种的高产稳产性、品种与试验点环境间的关系、各试点的代表性进行了分析,筛选出的理想品种为G2、G5、G21等,能有效地选择高产稳产品种的试点是南阳市科学院、林州市农业科学研究所、安阳市农业科学院、河南省农业科学院、洛阳市农林科学院宜阳试点。

      Yield–trait correlations were analyzed using data from a 2023 multi location foxtail millet trial in Henan Province, and the genotype × environment (G×E) interaction between tested varieties and trial locations was evaluated. The scientific evaluation of varieties and trial locations provides a theoretical basis for variety approval and site selection. The results showed that foxtail millet yield was significantly and positively correlated with single panicle weight and grain weight per panicle. Cluster analysis of the tested varieties indicated that the accessions could be classified into four groups at an Euclidean distance threshold of 9.5. The first group included 10 varieties characterized by tall plants, long panicles, high yield, and high thousand grain weight. The second group included four varieties with a high milling recovery (grain recovery) rate. The third group included eight varieties with high yield, high grain number per panicle, high single panicle weight, and high grain weight per panicle. The fourth group contained only one variety, characterized by short and thick panicles, good drought tolerance, and resistance to blast. The high and stable yield performance of the tested varieties, their relationships with trial environments, and the representativeness of each trial location were further assessed using GGE biplot analysis. The ideal varieties identified included G2, G5, and G21. The trial locations that effectively discriminated high yield and stable varieties included Nanyang Academy of Sciences, Linzhou Agricultural Science Research Institute, Anyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and Luoyang Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences (Yiyang).
