| 荆门是全国高油酸油菜生产先行区。为筛选出适合在荆门种植的高油酸油菜品种,本研究采用主成分分析法对7个高油酸油菜品种的主要农艺性状和品质指标进行分析。结果表明,不同油菜品种间的品质和农艺性状指标均存在不同程度的变异,变异系数为3.65%~81.97%。通过主成分分析法将10个综合指标转化为2个主要成分,累计贡献率为75.23%,并构建了高油酸油菜品种综合评价方程:P=0.755*F1 + 0.245*F2。基于综合评价值P,将7份高油酸油菜品种资源综合性状进行排序,初步筛选出了华油杂320和华油杂315两个高油酸油菜品种。 |

| Jingmen is a national pioneer area for high-oleic acid rapeseed production. To identify the high oleic acid rapeseed varieties suitable for planting in Jingmen,the principle component analysis method was used to study the 7 high oleic acid rapeseed varieties’ major agronomic traits and qualities index. The results showed that the coefficient of variation was 3.65%~81.9%. Principal component analysis was conducted to transform 10 indexes into 2 main components, with a cumulative contribution rate of 75.23%, and formulate an evaluation equation for high oleic acid rapeseed resources: P=0.755*F1 + 0.245*F2. Based on the P value, 7 varieties were ranked, with two high oleic rapeseed varieties, Huayouza320 and Huayouza 315, were preliminarily screened as the most promising for planting. |
