      鸡肉是全球第一大肉类生产和消费产品,我国是仅次于美国的世界第二大肉鸡生产和消费国,开展肉鸡育种方向的文献分析,对整体了解我国肉鸡育种的研究水平和未来发展趋势具有重要意义。本研究基于文献计量学,对中国知网(CNKI)、Web of Science(WoS)核心数据库、IncoPat等数据库进行检索,利用VOSviewer、Incites等工具进行文献分析。结果显示,我国相关研究单位在国际上文献影响力排名前列,专利申请数量处于领先地位。肉鸡的生长性能、营养代谢等研究为国内和国际的研究热点之一。
英文摘要:
      Chicken meat is the most widely produced and consumed meat worldwide, and China is the world’s second-largest producer and consumer of broiler chickens after the United States. A bibliometric analysis of broiler breeding research is therefore of great significance for comprehensively understanding China’s research capacity and identifying future development trends in this field. Based on bibliometric methods, literature data were retrieved from major databases, including China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), the Web of Science Core Collection (WoS), and IncoPat. Analytical tools such as VOSviewer and InCites were applied to systematically examine publication output, research impact, and thematic evolution. The results indicate that Chinese research institutions rank among the leading contributors globally in terms of publication influence, while China also holds a dominant position in patent applications related to broiler breeding. Studies focusing on growth performance and nutritional metabolism of broilers have emerged as major research hotspots at both national and international levels. These results provide a quantitative overview of the current research landscape and offer valuable references for future research planning and policy formulation in broiler breeding.
