      为提高小麦产量和品质,提升小麦生产的经济效益,实现小麦赤霉病防治农药减量增效的目的,同时也为了进一步验证蛋白膜生物助剂与常规药剂混配使用防治田间小麦赤霉病的减量增效作用,特开展了蛋白膜生物助剂加40%戊唑·咪鲜胺EW或500 g/L甲基硫菌灵SC的常量以及减量30%防治赤霉病的防效比较,并以3%卵磷脂·维生素E SE混配以上2种杀菌剂常量作为对照。试验结果表明:2种杀菌剂防效比较,防治小麦赤霉病每667 m用500g/L甲基硫菌灵SC防效优于40%戊唑·咪鲜胺EW。蛋白膜生物助剂与戊唑·咪鲜胺或甲基硫菌灵混配在试验使用剂量下对小麦生长安全,添加蛋白膜生物助剂对小麦赤霉病防效在杀菌剂减量30%的情况下,有减量增效作用。各处理测产结果表明,添加蛋白膜生物助剂有一定的增产增效作用。生产中推荐蛋白膜生物助剂1 000倍液与杀菌剂、杀虫剂、叶面肥等混配防治小麦病虫害。

      To improve wheat yield and quality, enhance the economic benefits of wheat production, and achieve reduced pesticide input with enhanced control efficacy against wheat Fusarium head blight (FHB), a field experiment was conducted to evaluate the reduced-input and enhanced-efficacy effects of a protein membrane bioadjuvant when combined with conventional fungicides. The control efficacy of the protein membrane bioadjuvant mixed with either 40% tebuconazole·prochloraz EW or 500 g/L thiophanate-methyl SC was compared at the recommended application rate and at a 30% reduced rate. A mixture of 3% lecithin·vitamin E SE with the same fungicides at the full rate was used as the control. The results showed that, among the two fungicides tested, 500 g/L thiophanate-methyl SC exhibited higher control efficacy against wheat FHB than 40% tebuconazole·prochloraz EW. At the tested application rates, the combination of the protein membrane bioadjuvant with either tebuconazole·prochloraz or thiophanate-methyl was safe for wheat growth. When the fungicide dosage was reduced by 30%, the addition of the protein membrane bioadjuvant maintained or improved FHB control efficacy, demonstrating a clear reduced-input and enhanced-efficacy effect. Yield assessment indicated that treatments supplemented with the protein membrane bioadjuvant resulted in yield improvement. In practical production, it is recommended that a 1,000-fold dilution of the protein membrane bioadjuvant be mixed with fungicides, insecticides, and foliar fertilizers for the integrated management of wheat diseases and insect pests.
