中药肥对咸阳地区大棚菠菜产量及品质的影响研究

      目前,大棚蔬菜生产中有机肥用量较少,化学肥料施用过量,造成土壤板结、盐渍化,从而降低了蔬菜产品的产量和质量,作者试图探索一种能够替代化肥的肥料以克服化肥的不良反应,通过调研,认为中药肥能够有效改善蔬菜产品的品质。为探索中药肥对咸阳地区大棚绿叶菜产量及品质的影响,以菠菜为供试材料展开研究,通过综合的数据分析,明确大棚菠菜生产中最佳的土壤调节剂和中药复配剂种类及其浓度。结果表明:使用中药肥对菠菜的株高和产量等生物学性状都有很好地促进作用。使用广谱型中药肥和中荃生态肥提高菠菜产量效果最为显著,与纯施化肥处理相比分别提高了29.68%和19.67%,使用中药肥不同程度地提高了大棚菠菜的可溶性糖、维生素C和可溶性蛋白含量。

      At present, the use of organic fertilizers is relatively limited, while chemical fertilizers are often applied excessively, leading to soil compaction and salinization. These issues ultimately result in declines in yield and product quality.This study aims to explore an alternative fertilizer that can reduce reliance on chemical fertilizers and mitigate their negative effects. Based on preliminary investigation and analysis, Chinese herbal fertilizer was identified as a potential solution to improve vegetable quality.To evaluate its effectiveness, spinach was selected as the experimental crop, and an experiment was conducted under greenhouse conditions in the Xianyang region. Through comprehensive data analysis, the most effective types and concentrations of Chinese herbal soil conditioners and compound agents were identified.The results showed that Chinese herbal fertilizers significantly promoted agronomic traits of spinach, including plant height and yield. Among the treatments, broad-spectrum Chinese herbal fertilizer and Zhongquan ecological fertilizer produced the greatest increases in yield. Compared with chemical fertilizer-only treatments, yields increased by 29.68% and 19.67%, respectively. The application of Chinese herbal fertilizer improved the contents of soluble sugars, vitamin C, and soluble proteins in greenhouse-grown spinach to varying degrees.
