      在陕西省渭南市白水县开展不同反光膜对苹果果实着色及品质影响的试验,以期为苹果园科学使用反光膜提供理论依据。试验以瑞阳苹果和红富士苹果为研究对象,设置6个处理:瑞阳+不覆膜、瑞阳+银色反光膜、瑞阳+生物降解反光膜;红富士+不覆膜、红富士+银色反光膜、红富士+生物降解反光膜。结果表明:与不覆膜相比,两种覆膜处理均可一定程度提高瑞阳苹果、红富士苹果果实的着色和内在品质。其中,覆盖银色反光膜可显著提高瑞阳苹果、红富士苹果的a*值、a/b值、可溶性固形物和固酸比,显著降低b*值、可滴定酸。覆盖生物降解反光膜可显著提高瑞阳苹果的L*值、a*值、a/b值、可溶性固形物和固酸比,显著降低可滴定酸,但对红富士苹果的着色及品质影响不明显。综合考虑反光膜对生态环境、果实着色和品质影响等因素,建议可在瑞阳苹果上推广应用生物降解反光膜。

      An experiment was conducted in Baishui County, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province, to investigate the effects of different reflective films on apple coloration and quality, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for their scientific application in orchards. The experiment involved two apple cultivars, ‘Ruiyang’ and ‘Red Fuji’, and included six treatment groups: ‘Ruiyang’ with no mulching, silver reflective film, and biodegradable reflective film; and ‘Red Fuji’ with the same three treatments. The results showed that, compared with no mulching, both reflective film treatments significantly improved the coloration and internal quality of ‘Ruiyang’ and ‘Red Fuji’. Silver reflective film significantly increased the a* value, a*/b* value, soluble solids content (SSC), and SS/TA ratio, and significantly decreased the b* value and titratable acidity in both cultivars. Biodegradable reflective film significantly increased the L* value, a* value, a*/b* value, SSC, and SS/TA ratio of ‘Ruiyang’, and significantly decreased titratable acidity, but had no significant effect on the color parameters or internal quality of ‘Red Fuji’. Considering the environmental impact and the effects on fruit coloration and quality, biodegradable reflective films are recommended for‘Ruiyang’.
