| 以8个黄姜品种(系)为试验材料,通过调查不同黄姜品种(系)植株的农艺性状及抗性表现,并测定产量及皂素含量,旨在为安康地区筛选出适合种植的黄姜品种。研究结果表明,参试8个黄姜品种的皂素含量均达到 2.0 以上,其中bhy-3皂素含量最高,达到2.43%,bzz-1次之,为2.32%,且两个品种均表现出较强的产量优势及出色的抗病虫害、抗旱性、抗冻性和耐水淹能力,具有较高的进一步研究价值和推广应用前景。 |

| Eight Dioscorea zingiberensis varieties were used as experimental materials to investigate their agronomic traits and resistance performance, and to measure their yield and saponin content, with the aim of selecting varieties suitable for cultivation in the Ankang region. The results showed that all eight varieties had saponin contents exceeding 2.0%, with ‘BHY-3’ showing the highest at 2.43%, followed by ‘BZZ-1’ at 2.32%. Both varieties also exhibited significant yield advantages and outstanding resistance to pests and diseases, drought, frost, and waterlogging. These findings indicate that ‘BHY-3’ and ‘BZZ-1’ have high potential for further research and broader promotion and application. |
