      苹果是具有较高营养和经济价值的世界性果品,陕西是公认的苹果最优产区和最大生产区。陕西苹果栽培区因其高海拔、充足的光照以及显著的昼夜温差,使得果实品质尤为优良。然而,干旱、盐碱、土壤贫瘠等非生物胁迫是限制陕西苹果品质及效益进一步提升的关键。系统评价不同苹果种质资源的抗旱性、耐盐碱能力以及干旱下的水分和氮素利用效率,是选育优质抗逆的苹果新品种、确保陕西苹果产业实现高质量发展的关键基石。
英文摘要:
      Shaanxi Province has been recognized by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations as one of the world’s most suitable apple-producing regions and is the largest contiguous area for apple cultivation globally. The region's high altitude, abundant sunlight, and large diurnal temperature variation contribute to the superior apple fruit quality. However, abiotic stresses such as drought, salinity, and poor soil conditions, are major constraints limiting further improvements in apple quality and production efficiency in Shaanxi. A systematic evaluation of drought resistance, salt-alkali tolerance, and water and nitrogen use efficiency under drought conditions across diverse apple germplasm resources provides a critical foundation for breeding high-quality, stress-resistant apple cultivars and for ensuring the sustainable and high-quality development of the apple industry in Shaanxi.
