| 采用高效液相色潽-紫外检测法对不同采收时间的桑树品种(吴堡桑、丰驰2号、丰驰1号、选七九二、荆桑)的各器官(叶、桑枝皮层、桑木质部)不同部位中1-脱氧野尻霉素进行定量检测,探究DNJ分布和变化规律,以期筛选出1-脱氧野尻霉素含量最高的桑树品种,明确其DNJ富集部位和最佳采收时间。结果发现:吴堡桑是最优的采收树种,7月底是吴堡桑的最佳采收期。比较吴堡桑不同器官、不同部位DNJ含量,发现不同器官、不同部位之间含量差异显著,DNJ富集主要在桑叶的顶芽和桑枝皮层的下段皮。研究结果可为榆林地区桑树的1-野尻霉素含量变化规律研究和生产采收提供理论依据和技术指导。 |

| The 1-deoxynojirimycin (DNJ) content in different tissues (leaves, branch bark cortex, and xylem) and sub-tissues of five mulberry varieties (‘Wubao’, ‘Fengchi No.2’, ‘Fengchi No.1’, ‘Xuan 792’, and ‘Jingsang’) was quantified using high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection (HPLC-UV) to investigate DNJ distribution patterns and temporal dynamics. This study aimed to identify the variety with the highest DNJ content, determine DNJ-enriched tissues, and define optimal harvesting times. Key findings are as follows:Optimal variety and harvesting period: ‘Wubao’ exhibited the highest DNJ accumulation, with late July identified as the optimal harvesting period. Tissue and sub-tissue specificity: Significant differences in DNJ content were observed among tissues and sub-tissues. DNJ was predominantly enriched in the apical buds of leaves and the lower cortex of branch bark in ‘Wubao’. Temporal variation: DNJ accumulation peaked in late July, aligning with the physiological maturation stage of mulberry tissues. These results provide a theoretical foundation and practical guidelines for DNJ-oriented mulberry cultivation and harvesting strategies in the Yulin region. The findings highlight the potential of ‘Wubao’ as a priority cultivar for industrial DNJ extraction, particularly targeting its apical buds and lower bark cortex during late July. |
