| 为探索新疆黑小麦种质资源主要农艺性状、品质性状与产量的相互关系,以50个黑小麦种质资源为材料,对其6个主要农艺性状和9个主要品质性状进行了相关分析、主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明:性状变异系数在1.30%~51.49%之间,农艺性状变异系数最大的是结实小穗数,品质性状变异系数最大的是面团稳定时间;1对性状达到显著相关水平(p<0.05),11对性状达到极显著相关水平(p<0.01),农艺性状和品质性状与产量的相关关系不显著;黑小麦15个性状简化为6个主成分,累计贡献率达73.763 6%,反映了大部分遗传变异信息;聚类分析表明:黑小麦种质资源聚成三个类群。研究结果为黑小麦种质资源改良和亲本选配提供了参考。 |

| To investigate the relationships among major agronomic traits, quality traits, and yield in black wheat germplasm resources in Xinjiang, 50 black wheat germplasm accessions were analyzed. Six agronomic traits and nine quality traits were evaluated through correlation analysis, principal component analysis, and cluster analysis. The coefficient of variation (CV) ranged from 1.30% to 51.49%. Among the agronomic traits, the number of fertile spikelets exhibited the highest CV, while among the quality traits, dough stability time showed the greatest variation. Correlation analysis revealed one trait pair with a significant correlation (p < 0.05) and eleven trait pairs with highly significant correlations (p < 0.01). However, no significant correlations were observed between agronomic traits, quality traits, and yield. Principal component analysis (PCA) reduced the 15 traits into six principal components, accounting for a cumulative contribution rate of 73.76%, thereby capturing the majority of genetic variation. Cluster analysis grouped the 50 black wheat germplasm accessions into three distinct clusters. These results provide a theoretical basis for the improvement and parental selection of black wheat germplasm resources. |
