      比较2种钝化剂和有机肥处理对轻度污染土壤中镉的有效性及百合中镉吸收的影响,筛选效果最佳的方法以便进行推广。该研究在轻度镉污染地块种植百合,通过检测采挖时不同处理下土壤有效镉含量、土壤pH、土壤脲酶、土壤酸性磷酸酶和蔗糖酶及百合中的镉含量等综合评定消减方法的优劣。结果表明:佛山铁人钝化剂处理提高了土壤pH值(升高幅度达25.22%),降低了土壤有效镉含量(降低幅度为4.54%)和鲜百合鳞茎中镉的含量(降低幅度为36.00%),并促进了土壤酸性磷酸酶(升高幅度达23.75%)和蔗糖酶酶活性(升高幅度达218.96%)。

      This study compared the effectiveness of two passivators and organic fertilizer treatments in stabilizing cadmium in mildly polluted soil and examined their effects on cadmium uptake by Lilium lancifolium Thunb. The most effective treatment was identified as a potential solution for large-scale application. The findings provide technical support for reducing cadmium contamination in farmland soil and ensure the safe production of Lilium lancifolium Thunb. In cadmium-contaminated plots, treatment effectiveness was evaluated by measuring soil pH, available cadmium, and the activities of urease, acid phosphatase, and invertase. Cadmium accumulation in Lilium lancifolium Thunb. was also analyzed under different treatments. The "Foshan Iron Man" passivator significantly increased soil pH by 25.22%, reduced available cadmium in soil by 4.54%, decreased cadmium content in fresh bulbs of Lilium lancifolium Thunb. by 36.00%, and enhanced the activities of acid phosphatase and invertase by 23.75% and 218.96%, respectively. These results demonstrate that the "Foshan Iron Man" passivator is an effective agent for cadmium immobilization and is suitable for widespread application in agricultural production.
