陕北地区12个饲料桑品种农艺性状及光合特性比较

      为筛选适宜陕北地区种植的饲料桑品种,本研究采用田间随机区组设计,通过对12个品种的11个生长指标进行相关性分析、主成分分析、隶属函数分析、回归分析等方法,综合评价陕北地区12个饲料桑品种生长适应性,旨在筛选出适宜陕北地区种植的饲料桑品种。结果表明:12个饲料桑品种的农艺性状的变异系数由大到小依次为:枝条数>叶宽>叶长>冠幅>株高>茎粗。相关性分析表明,叶长与叶宽、蒸腾速率与气孔导度、水分利用效率与净光合速率及蒸腾速率呈极显著正相关;枝条数与叶长及叶宽呈极显著负相关。利用主成分分析将11个生长指标简化为4个主成分,其累计贡献率达到91.48%;并对11个生长指标进行隶属函数排序,得到主成分分析和隶属函数值的算术平均综合得分,排序为:S5>S2=S3>S7>S6=S8>S1=S4>S9>S10>S11>S12。以11个生长指标为自变量进行逐步回归分析,得到蒸腾速率、株高和茎粗三个指标可以解释综合得分93%的变化原因,可为饲料桑品种筛选提供依据。

      To identify suitable forage mulberry varieties for cultivation in northern Shaanxi, this study employed a randomized block design and comprehensively evaluated the growth adaptability of twelve forage mulberry cultivars. A combination of correlation analysis, principal component analysis, stepwise regression, and subordinate function analysis was used based on eleven growth indices. The coefficients of variation for the twelve varieties were ranked in descending order as follows: branch number, leaf width, leaf length, crown width, plant height, and stem diameter. Correlation analysis revealed significant positive correlations between leaf length and leaf width; transpiration rate and stomatal conductance; and water use efficiency with both net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate. In contrast, branch number showed significant negative correlations with leaf length and leaf width. Principal component analysis reduced the eleven growth indices to four principal components, which collectively explained 91.48% of the cumulative variance. Based on subordinate function analysis and the mean scores of the principal components and subordinate functions, the ranking of the cultivars was as follows: S5 > S2 = S3 > S7 > S6 = S8 > S1 = S4 > S9 > S10 > S11 > S12. Stepwise regression analysis identified transpiration rate, plant height, and stem diameter as key indicators, accounting for 93% of the variation in the comprehensive score. These findings provide a scientific basis for guiding the selection of suitable forage mulberry varieties.
