为了探讨独角金内酯(SLs)对盐胁迫下玉米幼苗生长生理的影响。本试验以 “郑单958”玉米幼苗为材料,用独角金内酯类似物GR24代替独脚金内酯进行研究,在河池学院植物生理材料培养室进行土壤盆栽试验,培养室平均温度 28 ℃,平均相对湿度为 70.85%。待玉米幼苗至三叶一心时进行相关指标的测定,试验共设 4 个处理:叶面喷施蒸馏水(CK1)、350 mmol/L NaCl+叶面喷施蒸馏水(CK2)、350 mmol/L NaCl+叶面喷施外源GR24,外源GR24的浓度分为1μmol/L(T1)、5μmol/L(T2)、10μmol/L(T3)和50μmol/L(T4)。结果表明:350 mmol/L的NaCl溶液胁迫处理,抑制了玉米幼苗的形态正常发育以及生理作用。与盐胁迫相比,外源喷施5μmol/L玉米幼苗株高、根长显著增加了15.71%、44.78%,相对含水量、叶绿素含量分别上升了36.76%、39.88%,丙二醛(MAD)含量降低了19.35%,POD、SOD活性、O\+-[DD(X-*2]·[DD)]\-2积累量降低。综上,当外源喷施5 μmol/L独角金内酯时,对缓解盐胁迫下玉米幼苗的伤害有较好的作用。 |

To investigate the effects of exogenous strigolactones (SLs) on the physiological responses of maize seedlings under salt stress, a soil pot experiment was conducted using ‘Zhengdan 958’ maize seedlings. The study used GR24, a synthetic analog of strigolactones, as the treatment agent. The experiment was conducted in a controlled cultivation chamber at Hechi University, with an average temperature of 28 ℃ and a relative humidity of 70.85%. Physiological parameters were measured when the seedlings reached the three-leaf stage. Four treatments were applied: foliar spraying with distilled water (CK1), 350 mmol/L NaCl combined with distilled water (CK2), and 350 mmol/L NaCl combined with exogenous GR24 at concentrations of 1 μmol/L (T1), 5 μmol/L (T2), 10 μmol/L (T3), and 50 μmol/L (T4). The results demonstrated that exposure to 350 mmol/L NaCl significantly inhibited the morphological development and physiological functions of maize seedlings. However, compared with the salt stress condition, exogenous application of 5 μmol/L GR24 led to significant increases in plant height (by 15.71%) and root length (by 44.78%). The relative water content and chlorophyll content increased by 36.76% and 39.88%, respectively, while malondialdehyde (MDA) content decreased by 19.35%. Moreover, peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities, along with O\+-[DD(X-*2]·[DD)]\-2 accumulation were reduced. These results indicate that the exogenous application of 5 μmol/L GR24 effectively mitigates salt stress-induced damage in maize seedlings, which has its potential role in improving plant stress tolerance. |
