选用安康市农科院繁育的20份四季豆优质材料,对其8个植物学特征、8个农艺性状和4个品质性状指标多样性进行了研究与分析,筛选适合陕南地区广泛栽培的优良品种或优异种质资源。结果显示:20份四季豆品种在始花节位、单株夹数、单荚重、单荚种子数、百粒重、单株产量方面存在一定的差异,各品种始花节位为1~4,其中1号、11号、14号始花节位为1,较为早熟;单株结荚数分布于11.8~23.9之间,结荚较多的主要有13号、17号、11号、20号、16号等,单荚重量超过17g的有10号、16号、11号、13号、9号;单株产量较高的有10号、13号、11号、16号、9号。综合考量各性状,获得5份株高适宜、高产的适合陕南地区栽培的四季豆特异种质资源,分别为10号(白条特嫩架豆)、11号(一尺嫩)、13号(花皮豆)、14号(九粒白)和16号(九月青)。 |

This study analyzed 20 high-quality green bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) germplasm resources developed by the Ankang Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The diversity of eight botanical characteristics, eight agronomic traits, and four quality traits was evaluated to identify superior varieties suitable for widespread cultivation in southern Shaanxi. The results indicated significant differences among the 20 varieties in terms of flowering node position, pod number per plant, pod weight, seed number per pod, 100-seed weight, and yield per plant. The flowering nodes ranged from 1 to 4, with No. 1, No. 11, and No. 14 having the earliest flowering at node 1. The pod number per plant varied between 11.8 and 23.9, with No. 13, No. 17, No. 11, No. 20, and No. 16 producing the highest numbers. Pod weight exceeded 17 g in No. 10, No. 16, No. 11, No. 13, and No. 9, while No. 10, No. 13, No. 11, No. 16, and No. 9 had the highest yields. Based on a comprehensive evaluation of these traits, five high-yielding germplasm resources with optimal plant height were identified: No. 10 (‘Baitiao Tenenjia’), No. 11 (‘Yichi Nen’), No. 13 (‘Huapi Dou’), No. 14 (‘Jiuli Bai’), and No. 16 (‘Jiuyue Qing’). |
