      为探究外源硒与茶叶品质间的关系,本文以陕茶1号水培苗为研究对象,通过0 mg/L、0.1 mg/L、0.5 mg/L、2.5 mg/L、5.0 mg/L的 Na2SeO3溶液处理茶苗,10 d后收集茶苗根、茎、叶,检测硒含量并分析茶多酚、游离氨基酸及咖啡碱含量的变化。结果表明,外源硒显著提高了陕茶1号茶苗根、茎、叶中硒含量,且与硒浓度呈正相关。茶苗鲜重随硒浓度的升高呈现先升后降趋势。随着硒浓度的增加,茶苗叶片、根中茶多酚含量呈先增后降趋势,茎中呈上升趋势;游离氨基酸含量在叶片、茎中呈先升后降趋势,根部处理间差异不显著;不同浓度硒处理对根、茎、叶中咖啡碱含量无显著影响。当Na2SeO3浓度为0.5 mg/L时,叶片中茶多酚含量达到最大值12.92%;当硒浓度为2.5 mg/L时,叶片中游离氨基酸含量达到最大值4.96%。上述结果表明,适量的硒(0.5~2.5 mg/L)对增加茶苗体内硒含量及提高茶叶品质有促进作用。该研究结果为富硒茶树栽培及优质富硒茶开发提供了一定的参考。

      To explore the correlation between exogenous selenium and tea quality, hydroponic seedlings of Camellia sinensis ‘Shancha 1’ were used as the research object. Tea seedlings were treated with 0 mg/L, 0.1 mg/L, 0.5 mg/L, 2.5 mg/L, and 5.0 mg/L Na2SeO3 solution. After 10 days, roots, stems, and leaves of tea seedlings were collected for analysis. Selenium content was detected, and changes in the levels of tea polyphenols, free amino acids, and caffeine were analyzed. The results showed that exogenous selenium significantly increased selenium contents in roots, stems, and leaves of tea seedlings and was positively correlated with selenium concentration. With the increase of selenium concentration, the fresh weight of tea seedlings initially increased and then decreased. The tea polyphenol contents in leaves and roots exhibited a similar trend, while they increased steadily in stems. The contents of free amino acids in leaves and stems first increased and then decreased, with no significant difference among treatments regarding selenium content in roots. The caffeine content in roots, stems, and leaves was not significantly affected by different concentrations of selenium treatment. At 0.5 mg/L Na2SeO3, the tea polyphenol content in leaves reached its maximum value of 12.92%. While at 2.5 mg/L, the maximum free amino acid content in leaves was 4.96%. The findings indicate that an appropriate amount of selenium (0.5 ~ 2.5 mg/L) can enhance the selenium content of tea seedlings and improve the chemical quality of tea seedlings. These results provide a reference for the cultivation of selenium-enriched tea trees and the exploitation of high-quality selenium-enriched tea.
