为探讨盐胁迫对铁皮石斛幼苗生长及主要活性成分的影响,本试验以铁皮石斛幼苗为材料,研究了盐胁迫对铁皮石斛幼苗可溶性糖含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、保护酶活性等生理指标的影响。结果表明,随着盐浓度的升高,铁皮石斛叶绿素含量下降,与对照相比,降幅分别为5.58%、8.89%、13.73%;相对电导率含量上升,与对照相比,增幅分别为131.25%、168.75%、225.00%;石斛碱含量上升,与对照相比,增幅分别为30.34%、54.70%、70.09%;多糖含量先下降后上升,过氧化物酶(POD)与过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性先上升后下降,丙二醛(MDA)含量上升,与对照相比,增幅分别为11.19%、17.06%、28.99%;可溶性糖含量上升,与对照相比,增幅分别为48.34%、103.97%、121.19%;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性下降,与对照相比,分别降低了4.86%、59.63%、71.28%;且随着盐胁迫浓度的升高各生长指标逐渐降低。高NaCl浓度(0.9%)对植株的生长发育有明显的抑制作用,使幼苗的成活率降低,各项生理指标均有较大的差异。总之,0.3%NaCl处理对铁皮石斛幼苗的生长发育及各生理指标无明显影响,0.6%NaCl与0.9%NaCl处理后,其生物量明显降低。 |

To explore the effects of salt stress on the growth and main active ingredients of Dendrobium, its physiological indicators—such as soluble sugar content, malondialdehyde (MDA), and protective enzyme activity were studied in Dendrobium officinale seedlings. The results showed that as stress duration and salt concentration increased, the chlorophyll content of Dendrobium officinale decreased. Compared to the control, the reductions were 5.58%, 8.89%, and 13.73%, respectively. Compared to the control, the relative conductivity content increased by 131.25%, 168.75% and 225.00%.The alkaloid content in Dendrobium officinale increased by 30.34%, 54.70%, and 70.09%, respectively, compared to the control. Polysaccharide content initially decreased and then increased, while the activities of peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) increased first and then declined. In contrast, the malondialdehyde (MDA) content consistently increased compared to the control. The increase was 11.19%, 17.06 % and 28.99% respectively; the soluble sugar content increased by 48.34%, 103.97% and 121.19%, respectively compared to the control. In contrast, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) decreased by 4.86%, 59.63%, 71.28%, respectively, compared to the control. A high NaCl concentration (0.9%) significantly inhibited the growth and development of the plants, reducing the survival rate of the seedlings and causing substantial differences in various physiological indicators.additionally, as the salt stress concentration increased, the growth indicators gradually declined. In summary, 0.3% NaCl treatment has no significant effect on the growth and development of Dendrobium seedrobium seedlings and their physiological indicators. However,treatments with 0.6% and 0.9% NaCl significantly reduced their biomass. |
