To address the issues of insufficient superior strains and poor fruiting body stability in the artificial cultivation of Sanghuang (Sanghuangporus), six strains of Sanghuang were introduced, isolated, and cultured. These strains were cultivated on various substrates, such as test tubes and solid culture media, and their agronomic traits were comparatively analyzed. The results showed that under consistent cultivation conditions, the NKSH-1, NKSH-2, and NKSH-6 strains produced fruiting bodies. Among them, the NKSH-2 strain exhibited robust mycelial growth, a yellow coloration, rapid colonization, and the highest yield, making it the most suitable strain for large-scale production of Sanghuang. |
