To provide valuable reference data for the breeding of wheat varieties resistant to pre-harvest sprouting, the resistance to pre-harvest sprouting of 102 wheat genotypes was evaluated under natural rainfall conditions. The results showed significant variation in sprouting rates among the genotypes, ranging from 0% to 96%. Among these, wth the exception of the colored wheat genotypes, 'Zhoumai 27,' 'Youfu 5,' 'Xinmai 45,' 'Hefeng 3,' and 'Shanken 10' exhibited strong resistance to pre-harvest sprouting. These genotypes can be utilized as superior parental resources in breeding programs aimed at enhancing pre-harvest sprouting resistance. |
