Dandelion is a kind of perennial herb of homology for medicine and food plant, which is rich in compounds such as flavonoids, terpenoids, polysaccharides, chlorogenic acid, pectin,etc. It has the effect of clearing away heat, reducing swelling,diuresis and tonglin in clinical medicine. Besides, dandelion contains polyphenols,vitamins, minerals, organic acids,alkaloids and other active substances,which has excellent health and edible value.This paper reviewed the processing and application of dandelion from the perspective of medicinal and edible homology.It is expected to provide reference for the comprehensive utilization of dandelion in the future. ; |
